Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in both bar and coffee service, alongside a passion for exceptional customer experiences and team leadership in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. The successful candidate will have experience managing busy bar operations and café-style service, including knowledge of coffee preparation, drinks service, stock and cellar management, and leading front‑of‑house teams during high‑volume performances and events. They will play a key role in delivering welcoming, efficient, and high‑quality hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of bar and café operations to meet guest expectations during high‑volume performances and events.
* Collaborating with venue teams to ensure seamless service workflow and quality standards.
* Maintaining high standards of bar service, stock management, and cellar operations.
* Supporting operational planning for events and ensuring team readiness.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality operations, event management, or similar areas.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for guest experience and service excellence.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
