Description
* Assisting with all stages of the conveyancing process, including sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity transactions.
* Drafting legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements, and reports on title.
* Conducting Land Registry searches and submissions, including registrations.
* Managing pre- and post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions, requisitions, and discharges.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate case files, using case management systems to update records and track progress.
* Performing due diligence including title checks, reviewing search results, and identifying issues requiring further investigation.
* Providing updates and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
* Assisting solicitors with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies.
