Weightmans’ Primary Care team is ranked in the legal directories for its healthcare and medical expertise, advising dentists, pharmacy owners and other healthcare professionals across the full lifecycle of their businesses.
We are keen to speak with commercially minded lawyers who have experience in the dental sector, including:
* Corporate and commercial transactions (practice sales, acquisitions, restructures and incorporations)
* Shareholder and partnership arrangements
* Commercial contracts and advisory work
* Supporting dental groups, corporates and individual practitioners
* Advising on growth strategies, investments and exit planning
If you bring strong sector knowledge, commercial acumen and an interest in developing long‑term client relationships, Edwina Farrell, who leads our Primary Care team, would welcome an informal conversation about how you could contribute to our growing practice.
