Duties and responsibilities related to the Food and Beverage Supervisor role ·Sets up and carries out training of all staff at all levels, under the guidance of the Manager. ·Assists in administration work as required by the Manager ·Conducts pre shift briefings and maintains liaison with The Head Chef. ·Ensures restaurant grooming and appearance standards are met at all times. ·Stock take on regular base. ·Contribute to the building and maintenance of efficient team spirit. ·Sequence of service provided on regular day. ·One to one with the team members ·Creating scheduling /holidays /days off team members including leaders.
