Visual Designer - Hybrid in London - £500-£550 Inside IR35
We're working with a high-profile consultancy who are on the lookout for a talented Visual Designer to join their Experience Design team on a long-term project.
This role is all about bringing digital experiences to life-creating engaging, visually striking designs that connect with users and support broader business storytelling. You'll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team alongside researchers, content designers, service and interaction designers.
What you'll be doing:
Designing slick, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Supporting digital journeys with branded design assets, infographics, and visuals
Championing accessibility and design system standards
Using Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools to bring ideas to life
Working within Agile teams and collaborating closely with devs and other creatives
Contributing to design system development and ensuring consistency across outputs
What we're looking for:
A seasoned Visual Designer with a portfolio that shows your creative range
Solid experience with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
A visual storyteller who can make the complex look simple and beautiful
Confident working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Strong grasp of design systems and accessibility principles
Comfortable presenting your ideas and working closely with stakeholders
Hybrid - 1-2 days/week onsite in London
£500-£550/day - Inside IR35
ASAP Start - Initial 6-month contract with extensions likely
