The scheme comprises 1,000+ homes/flats across an extensive 110-acre site, blending private and affordable, community infrastructure, and high-quality public realm. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for a Project Director who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and long-term placemaking. The Role As Project Director, you will take full ownership of the delivery strategy and execution of this multi-phase residential programme.
