KT & Coe Recruit are working in partnership with a leading financial advisory firm to find a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team. This is a key role providing first-class support to Advisers and their clients, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service at all times.
You will work closely with Advisers, Directors, and Paraplanners, and play a vital part in arranging financial plans and investments, while ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met. Please note, this role does not involve providing financial or investment advice.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide proactive administrative and technical support to Advisers.
* Arrange plans and investments as per Adviser recommendations.
* Liaise with product providers and maintain accurate plan information.
* Manage client files, ensuring compliance and audit-readiness.
* Coordinate diary and task management for client work.
* Handle new business processing, policy updates, and valuations.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
* Support ongoing client reviews, annual suitability and drawdown reassessments.
* Update and manage data in back-office systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
Key Skills & Experience
* Sound knowledge of financial services and associated terminology.
* Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to multitask and work with a high degree of accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Confidence in using financial platforms and systems.
