Most SDR roles hand you a script, a target, and a prayer.
This one hands you a seat at the table.
We're hiring a Sales Development Rep for a fast-growing consulting and SaaS business that's genuinely on a tear. Founded in 2021, already profitable, £2M ARR, and gunning for £4M this year.
They've just landed strategic investment from a major technology group, built a strong European presence as a global Monday.com partner, and now they're eyeing the US. Not bad for a four-year-old business. You'd be joining before that chapter kicks off.
What's in it for you?
£40-45K base with £15-20K OTE on top (uncapped, so the ceiling is yours to set), private health insurance, perks, and a central London office you'll actually want to show up to once or twice a week.
You'll be selling into mid-market and enterprise businesses going through digital transformation, working directly with senior leadership who've actually done this before, and helping shape the sales playbook rather than just executing someone else's.
Your contribution here genuinely matters.
What you'll actually be doing:
Generating outbound pipeline, booking meetings, running multi-channel outreach into UK & Ireland businesses across Marketing, Project Management, Transformation, and Sales personas. You own your pipeline.
You help build the process. You're not a cog.
What they're looking for:
2+ years SDR experience, ideally in tech or software. You're comfortable cold calling, you've thrived in a start-up or scale-up environment, and you've got the grit to push through a competitive market. Bonus points if you've worked with CRM, workflow, or project management tools before.
