THE ROLE As Founder's Associate, you will work directly with Natter’s co-founders on a wide range of high-impact projects across strategy, growth, research, and customer development. This is an intentionally broad, high-expectation role suited to someone energised by building processes from scratch and taking ownership across functions. The ideal candidate will have the motivation and ability to take on new challenges, define a playbook, hire and scale orgs that are built from scratch. You will be: Working directly with the CEO and founding team across strategy, operations, customer development and client-facing workstreams. Owning client-facing work by building and maintaining strong personal relationships with senior executives across our Enterprise customers’ organisations. Presenting data insights, managing meeting prep/follow-up and creating materials for C-Suite and Board audiences. Collaborating cross-functionally – across Product, Research, Ops, Customer Success – to unblock challenges and maintain executional momentum. Jumping in wherever needed to solve ‘unknown unknowns’, solving problems that fall between teams and moving fast on things that don’t yet have an owner. Supporting and scaling our most important partnerships by defining repeatable processes. Playing a foundational role in defining how we scale – shaping the playbook, testing new approaches, and eventually helping to hire and grow new teams. EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have an extremely strong academic background and a proven track record working successfully with C-Suite executives, executing data analysis and presenting professionally to clients. You might be a good fit if you have: 2-4 years of experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, VC/PE, investment banking or partner/client development and management). A strong academic background, with a demonstrated ability to absorb and communicate complex ideas (e.g. academic publications, written projects, research-based achievements). Exceptional communication skills. You’re confident with C-Suite execs and can steer high-stakes conversations with care and clarity, including the ability to adapt to changing dynamics in a meeting/call. A high sense of ownership and bias for action. You have a proactive mindset and are comfortable working cross-culturally with international teams and clients. Proven ability to think creatively and strategically on nuanced challenges, both independently and effectively within a team.
