Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join SRK Scaffolding & Industrial Services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and HR initiatives.
Duties
* Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
* Maintain and update company files/database to ensure accurate employee records and data entry.
* Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
* Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits while maintaining confidentiality.
* Confidently manage all aspects of procedural and disciplinary matters.
* Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Skills/Qualifications
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Minimum 1 year experience in human resources role.
* CIPD Level 3 or above
* Experience working in the construction industry (desirable) and with Trade Unions (highly desirable)
