 
        
        Job Title: Sales Development Representative – MedTech / HealthTech SaaS
Location: Remote (UK based)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 base + OTE Y1: £55,000 – £70,000 (uncapped commission)
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the engine that drives new business opportunities. You’ll research, engage, and qualify HealthTech and MedTech prospects across global markets, setting up high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities in this role include:
 * Prospecting and lead qualification
 * Consultative communication and discovery
 * Pipeline management and CRM accuracy
 * High-volume outreach and follow-up discipline
 * Collaboration with marketing and account executives
Requirements:
 * +3 years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
 * Track record of exceeding outreach or pipeline generation targets
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Confident conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
 * Interest in the healthcare, MedTech, or life sciences space
 * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
