Location: Twinkl & Wild Peak Property Sites, Sheffield, UK
Pay Rate:£12.21 per hour
Hours of work:16 hour per week
Contract: 12 month initial contract
As a Clean Operative you'll be joining our Wild Peak Property Management team, who work across a number of sites within Sheffield, including our 2 Twinkl sites located near Ecclesall Road.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
* General office cleaning (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping).
* Cleaning communal areas (stairwells, bathrooms).
* Replenishment of consumables.
* Reactive tasks for special events.
* Complying with the requirements of Health & Safety, other relevant legislation and premises policies.
* Having up to date knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used within the premises and attending all necessary training to fulfil this requirement.
How you’ll spend your day:
* Working in collaboration with the rest of the team to do a handover/catch up with any updates from the day.
* Making sure that all office and communal spaces are a clean workspace for all office based staff/tenants.
* Stock control.
You’ll work with:
* Aislinn Adams (Facilities Cleaning and Operations Coordinator) - Has been with Twinkl for 7 years and previously worked for a property management company for a number of years.
* The facilities team - facilities assistants who complete the day to day tasks across 2 of our sites (Apiary and Warren).
* The cleaning team - across 4 buildings - currently a team of 4.
We're interested in anyone who meets the following:
* Minimum of 1 years experience office cleaning.
* A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach to everything you do.
* The ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* The ability to work from your own initiative to complete tasks.
* Hardworking.
We do not require you to have a COSHH certification, but this would advantageous so please highlight this in your cover letter.
