Following record-breaking results, we are seeking a proven Sales Manager with a strong background in car sales management to drive growth and lead consignments across our prestigious auction calendar.

What You'll Do:
• Lead sales strategy to secure high-value consignments and buyers across our auctions.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, collectors, and dealers.
• Oversee a growing sales team and set ambitious targets.
• Maximise revenues through proactive pipeline management and negotiation.
• Represent Hampson Auctions at major automotive events, shows, and client meetings.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager (dealer group or prestige sector preferred).
• A track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and hungry to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.
