PRE-CONSTRUCTION DESIGN MANAGER SOUTHAMPTON / HYBRID Due to continued successes and targeted growth, we are now recruiting for a Pre-Construction Design Manager to join our talented teams, working closely with both the bid and design teams. The Pre-Construction Design Manager will have a background in both multi-discipline design engineering and pre-construction and as well as having a passion for engineering. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Supporting the Estimating team in securing and coordinating input from design consultants at tender stage and PQQ stage were necessary * Evaluating and discussing in-house design capacity and capabilities with the Engineering Manager * Forming and ensuring the success of strategic partnerships with design consultants in accordance with company procurement procedures * Interrogation of ITT/RFQ documentation and preparation of design focused packages to facilitate the engagement/coordination of any external technical support required during tender preparations.
