We’re looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated office Location: Leamington Spa Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm Contract: Maternity Cover – 9 Months Key Responsibilities: Screen applicants and assist with shortlisting Coordinate and manage the interview process Ensure all compliance requirements are met Apply for DBS checks and maintain up-to-date records Write and post engaging job advertisements Liaise with multiple branches to support staffing needs Keep internal systems updated – including Mailchimp, QCS, Atlas, and CLL Organise and coordinate staff training and shadowing sessions What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or compliance (care sector preferred) Strong administrative and communication skills Comfortable working with various software systems A proactive team player who enjoys a busy, rewarding role If you're ready to make a real difference behind the scenes in care, we’d love to hear from you!
