Overview
* Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor within the refurbishment/social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.
* This is a Tier One Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
* Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on Reactive Maintenance projects.
Duties
* Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on Reactive Maintenance work.
* Procurement of supply chain and placing orders.
* Assessing and processing supply chain payment.
* Produce commercial reports both internally and externally to the company.
* Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.
Requirements
* Ideally Social Housing experience but not essential.
* Degree Qualified.
* Main Contractor experience.
* Driver’s Licence.
