Personal Assistant to Managing Director – Bristol
Our Rail Business Unit Managing Director is looking for a Personal Assistant following a period of substantial business growth. The position is full time, based in our Bristol office. You will be providing administrative and general business support to the MD in a highly diverse and exciting role. We are looking for candidates who are organised and highly motivated with a proven track record in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
1. First point of contact for Managing Director's office
2. Dealing with sensitive/confidential emails
3. Management of certain operational projects
4. Liaise with senior management within the company and their counterparts within industry
5. Diary Management and co-ordination of meetings / travel arrangements
6. Dealing with Client Complaints at senior level
7. Compilation of reports and analytical support to MD where required
Qualifications
8. Multi-tasking abilities and the ability to prioritize
9. Experienced in dealing with senior personnel both external and within the organisation
10. Comprehensive working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
11. Proactive, flexible and adaptable work ethic
