We’re looking for an energetic and personable Office Manager to join a fast-growing technology business in the legal sector, based in Edinburgh city centre. This is a varied, people-focussed role that combines office operations with employee engagement, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Office Manager looking to take ownership within a growing business. Please note, this role is based in the Edinburgh office 5 days per week.
As the Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, health & safety, supplier management, and budgets. You will also coordinate travel arrangements and support the delivery of internal events, playing a key role in maintaining a well-organised, professional, and welcoming workplace environment. This role would suit a proactive Office Manager who enjoys being at the heart of the business and thrives in a collaborative, office-based environment. Alongside operational responsibilities, the Office Manager will help drive employee engagement through internal events, CSR, and DE&I initiatives, supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
