REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Case Handler.
This is an great opportunity for an individual with excellent admin, communication and organisational skills.
As an Case Handler your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Oversee the day-to-day progression of probate cases, ensuring all actions are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
* Maintain comprehensive records and manage documentation in line with legal requirements.
* Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other third parties to collect information and progress cases.
* Ensure all data and records are maintained securely and in line with GDPR and internal policies.
* Work alongside the Account Manager to provide clear updates and respond to client queries.
* Support clients with understanding the steps involved in probate and estate administration.
* Assist with the secure storage, indexing, and retrieval of original wills and supporting documents.
* Follow procedures for archiving and document retention, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
* Comply with GDPR requirements and internal compliance frameworks.
* Escalate any concerns or irregularities to the Case Handler Line Manager promptly.
