The Role
We’re on the hunt for ambitious and driven New Business Development Managers to join our commercial team. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind Juice’s next phase of explosive growth—taking the lead on identifying, pitching, and securing new client partnerships.
Unlike traditional account management roles, this position is laser-focused on winning new business and expanding Juice’s retail footprint. You’ll spend the majority of your time prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals, while collaborating with our internal teams to deliver standout solutions that wow clients from day one.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and secure new client partnerships across national and regional retailers
* Own the end-to-end sales process for new business opportunities—from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and close
* Build strong, proactive relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and supply chain partners at prospective accounts
* Develop tailored commercial strategies to maximise category share and visibility for new clients
* Use data and insights to deliver compelling sales arguments and influence decision-making
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, design) to create winning proposals and deliver on client goals
* Represent Juice externally with energy, charisma, and professionalism
