Job Title: Civil Engineering Graduate Management Scheme
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £25k, with increases over the 2 year Graduate scheme and plenty of additional benefits

Role:
Brookbanks' rotational graduate scheme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to become a future director!
Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through each of the following groups:
* Cost & Commercial
* Civil Engineering
* Development Management
* Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
The Graduate Scheme is structured to suit you and allows you the freedom to explore the business and where your strengths lie.
This is a permanent position - at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!
Requirements:
* Must be educated to degree level in one of the following subjects:
* Civil Engineering
* Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
* Environmental Science or Geography related degree types - including material on Sustainability, Transport Planning, Flood-risk management etc
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Construction/Project or Development Management degrees will be considered when paired with an outstanding academic background overall
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated
