Job Description

Training Delivery & Development
o Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for in-store teams across Space NK, Harrods, and Selfridges.
o Develop tailored training plans and calendars aligned with retail partner needs and seasonal focuses.
o Deliver onboarding and refresher training covering brand history, product knowledge, facial protocols, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
o Support new product launches with impactful, sales-driven education.
Retail Partnership Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, area managers, and retail education teams.
o Act as the key liaison between the brand and retail partners to address training needs, gather feedback, and monitor performance.
o Attend partner events, store visits, and spend time on the sales floor to ensure training drives measurable results.
The Successful Applicant
* 3+ years' experience in training or education roles within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
* Strong knowledge of the UK luxury skincare and cosmetics market.
* Proven experience working with or for Space NK, Harrods, or Selfridges is highly desirable.
* Passionate about skincare, with excellent product and ingredient knowledge.
* Confident facilitator with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
* Proficient in creating engaging training materials, both in-person and digital.
* Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
