JWR is delighted to be working with a leading branded city centre hotel in Bath, seeking an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operation within a busy and fast-paced environment.

The Role
As Housekeeping Manager, you will take full responsibility for ensuring all guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
You will:
Lead, supervise and develop the housekeeping team
Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards across all guest and public areas
Manage daily staffing levels, rota planning and departmental organisation
Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements in guest satisfaction scores
Deliver training, coaching and ongoing performance management
Ensure all health & safety and compliance standards are consistently maintained
Manage departmental budgets including labour, supplies and laundry costs
Work closely with senior hotel leadership to maintain operational excellence
Requirements
We are looking for an organised and motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and previous housekeeping management experience within a hotel environment.
You will have:
Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience within hotels
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confidence managing staffing, rotas and departmental costs
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
Ability to remain calm and adaptable within a fast-paced operation
A proactive and guest-focused approach to service delivery
