What you’ll do: Design and execute immunological experiments to evaluate T cell responses Collaborate with bioinformatics and proteomics teams to validate novel antigens and receptors Mentor and support junior scientists Drive assay development, data interpretation, and early product innovation Work with ELISpot, FACS, T cell cloning, and real-time killing assays You should have: PhD in Immunology or a related field 5 years' experience in T cell-based therapies (CAR-T, TCR-T, engagers) Expertise in immune assay development and functional readouts Strong problem-solving mindset and experience in fast-moving research settings This is a hands-on role supporting a critical phase — ideal for someone confident, experienced, and ready to jump straight in. - IMMEDIATE START - 6 Month FTC
