Chasing overdue invoices by telephone and email. Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances. Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements. Liaising with the sales ledger team to resolve outstanding queries. Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices. Working to reduce debtor days. Performing credit checks on new customers. Profile A successful 'Credit Controller' should have: Proven skills in credit control previously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
