Due to continued growth, we're expanding our HR team and looking for a dynamic, people-focused Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead to drive our recruitment strategy and manage our recruitment compliance and administrative officer.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll own the full recruitment life cycle; You'll be at the forefront of building strong, capable teams that align with our values and commitment to high-quality care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating all aspects of the recruitment activity.
* Ensuring accurate and timely logging of vacancy requests
* Posting vacancies on our recruitment platform
* Sifting and shortlisting applications, scheduling interviews and assisting with preparing interview pack
* Supporting at interviews and assessment centres
* Attending job fairs
* Creating and maintaining a bank of quality interview questions and literature to support effective recruitment.
* Maintaining contact with Line Managers to update them on progress on their vacancies and make them aware of our requirements to successfully progress their request to recruit.
* Supporting the team in recruitment for new homes and mobilisations of projects.
* To have overarching responsibility and management of the Staff Recruitment Team
* To have an understanding of all aspects of the staff recruitment process and to continually evaluate and assess ways in which the process and procedure can be made more efficient in order to ensure the team are working effectively in giving the candidate the best experience of Bright Life Living
* Be responsible for managing/monitoring caseloads and ensuring cover is in place where and when necessary
* To communicate, motivate, support and offer guidance to the team in their roles daily – holding regular updates, tracking progress and that all necessary actions have been followed up
* To understand our applicant tracking system and implement changes that need to be made to support the process of recruitment
* To drive on all Recruitment KPI, including timescales for incomplete applications, application forms, interview booking and feedback
* Update the team through weekly and monthly meetings on development services across the Bright Life Living service lines
* To be knowledgeable and understand/develop Staff Recruitment Strategy working with wider stakeholders recruitment strategy
* To ensure monthly KPI's /targets are met with daily/weekly review of strategies on how to deliver on these
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the care sector
* Strong understanding of Children's Home Regulations and safer recruitment practices
* Organised, proactive, and driven with excellent communication skills
* Confident using job boards, social media, and digital recruitment tools
* Experience managing or mentoring others in a recruitment or HR capacity
* Able to work independently and take initiative to improve processes
