We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ashton, to provide effective administrative support. You will offer organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.
Where: Tameside
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,077.00 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata if part time)
Contract Type: 6-month fixed term
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
The Role:
1. As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from
service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and
courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
2. To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
3. To minute take at team and other meetings.
4. To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.
5. To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the project.
6. To monitor and order office stationery/requirements.
7. To maintain and balance local petty cash systems under the direction of the Team Leader
About You:
To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who has:
8. Knowledge of general office procedures
9. IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry
10. Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
11. The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
12. Solid numeric skills.
13. Good organisational skills
14. A mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
15. Understand and have a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and diversity.
