Location: Post Office, 2 Portway. Full‑time, permanent contract. Salary: £13.30 – £14.10 per hour.

Role Overview
As a Care And Support Worker you will support people in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible. You will travel throughout the area, providing personal, physical and emotional care while building positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.

* Support individuals at home to live as independently as possible.
* Drive as required; driving is essential for this role.
* Empower individuals to make their own choices.
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care.
* Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.

Qualifications & Skills
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
* Essential experience in personal support or alternative care roles.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, compassionate and able to work independently.
