Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time / Part-time available

GSL Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for a variety of secondary schools in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in education, whether you’re considering teacher training or want a rewarding classroom-based role.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in when a class teacher is absent, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a productive classroom environment. You’ll ensure students remain focused, engaged, and well-behaved while supporting the continuity of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
* Delivering lesson plans left by teaching staff
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Supporting students with tasks and questions
* Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the day
Job Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred)
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Confident, adaptable, and professional approach
* Ability to work across different subjects and year groups
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
