Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to work on one of our upcoming long-term construction projects in Exeter.
Job Purpose And Scope
Project Manager in charge of the Precast concrete frame works and ancillary activities (windows, curtain walls, roofing works and pods).
Accountabilities And Key Tasks
* Manage and control your scope through the complete cycle of activities from the Point of Transfer to Practical Completion in compliance with the Company Construction Management System contained within Compass.
* The scope to be managed is the production works related to:
o Concrete precast frame manufacture (remote factories) and installation on site
o Pods manufacture and delivery to site in a timely manner
o Windows manufacture, delivery to the Concrete works factory for installation – finishes on site
o Curtain wall works once the frame is completed in line with the programme requirements
o Roofing works to follow immediately after the frame works to allow the start of the internal trades
About You
* Structures knowledge
* Ability and experience in delivering large scope and managing large teams
* Local or willing to relocate to Exeter
