We're working with a welcoming school in Bristol seeking a full-time SEND Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. If you're patient, caring and passionate about helping young people thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
This role could be perfect if you have experience as:
* SEND Support Assistant
* Teaching Assistant
* Care Assistant or Support Worker
* Residential Care Worker
* Youth Worker
* Mental Health Support Worker
* Healthcare Assistant
What you'll be doing:
Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
Working one-to-one and in small groups
Helping children build confidence, independence and positive relationships
Supporting learning, emotional wellbeing and daily routines
Working alongside teachers, SENDCOs and specialist staff
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable adults
* Have a background in SEND support, care work, support work or youth work
* Are calm, resilient and compassionate
* Build positive relationships with ease

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
