Overview

LED Technologies Ltd is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Relations Executive to join our expanding Marketing Department. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing and historic customers, driving re-engagement, and supporting sales growth through structured outreach activity. You will work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring customers are informed, supported, and aware of our latest product developments.

This is an excellent role for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, managing data, and contributing directly to commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Relationship Building

* Review and manage historic and existing customer records via our database.
* Conduct personalised outreach based on previous purchasing behaviours.
* Re-engage lapsed customers with tailored communications and promotional offers (as approved).
* Record and track all communication activity in structured spreadsheets.

Sales Collaboration

* Identify warm leads and pass opportunities to the Sales team.
* Share key insights with Sales based on customer conversations and product interest.
* Support month-specific promotional initiatives to encourage customer reactivation.

Onboarding & Marketing Pack Distribution

* Prepare and send welcome packs and printed brochures to new or reactivated customers.
* Manage brochure request submissions from the LED Technologies website.
* Coordinate with the wider Marketing team to include updated product sheets or materials.

Customer Tracking & Reporting

* Maintain detailed outreach activity logs.
* Report monthly on customer engagement, conversion results, and outreach performance.
* Support management with data that helps inform marketing and sales decision-making.

Customer Wellbeing & Support

* Check in with existing customers to ensure they have the information, product guidance, or support they need.
* Ensure customers stay informed about new product launches, seasonal ranges, and technical updates.

New Customer Sign-Up Monitoring

* Review new website account registrations.
* Follow up with customers who have not completed account verification.

Required Skills & Experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident speaking with customers by phone and email.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Competent with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
* Comfortable handling data, tracking outcomes, and reporting results.
* A proactive, people-focused approach with a desire to help customers succeed.
* Experience in B2B environments is beneficial, but not essential.
* Prior experience in outreach, account coordination, or customer engagement is desirable.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and able to manage daily outreach targets.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Salary Range

* £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This role is ideal for someone confident in communicating with customers, organised with data, and motivated by relationship-building.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
