Procurement Manager
Overview
This role, along with a direct report will take full responsibility for UK procurement and act as the functional guardian of procurement governance across all global locations. You will manage all suppliers and procurement activity for the Southampton facility while shaping and enforcing group‑wide standards across risk, commercial assurance, onboarding, and vendor performance.
There is a strong focus on educating the business around the value of strategic procurement, increasing commercial maturity, and moving the organisation away from a “tick‑box” mindset towards meaningful risk‑ and value‑driven procurement.
