About the Role We are seeking a passionate and proactive Early Years Practitioner to join a beautiful, welcoming nursery in Barnet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Level 2 Early Years qualification who has experience working in a 2–3-year-old nursery setting. You will play an important role in supporting the learning, development, and well-being of children in the early years, working with a small group of up to 25 children alongside a supportive team of 5 dedicated staff members. The role requires someone energetic, enthusiastic, and confident in using their initiative. Teamwork is at the heart of this nursery, so being a collaborative team player is essential.
