As part of our small, dynamic team, you’ll work with a range of clients, from household brands to cool startups, producing effective, crafted creative that both our clients and team can be proud of. You’ll be an intelligent and strategic thinker, solving problems through storytelling with a passion for the creative process and a portfolio that demonstrates it. Your experience will cover all aspects of brand and its application in both animated, digital and printed form.
You’ll need to work both independently and as part of a team across client briefs, so it’s important that you’re a great communicator and problem solver who enjoys responsibility and making things happen.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding of client ambition and strategy to inform effective responses to their briefs.
• Exemplary communication skills, both externally, being able to question client needs and translate your vision to them, and internally, galvanising and inspiring other team members around client briefs and creative challenges.
• Interpretation and guardianship of client brand guidelines and frameworks to effectively translate them into our brief responses and be a reference point for them.
• Conception and creation of beautifully effective design delivered to a high level of quality and accuracy.
• The ability to multi-task – work across multiple brands at any one time, whilst maintaining accuracy, integrity and impeccable house-keeping.
• Collaborating with the team internally and clients externally, means you’ll need good interpersonal skills, and you’ll be comfortable interacting with people of all levels.
• Confidence in presenting your work both internally, during project meetings, and externally with clients both online and in face to face meetings.
• Working well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with an appetite to grow and ‘own’ your projects.
• Working alongside the Creative Director, strategy and account teams, keeping them updated with project progress, being sure to share any concerns around deadlines or budget well in advance.

• The full Adobe suite including illustrator, photoshop, inDesign and XD.
