Marketing Data Analyst

London - hybrid - 4 days per week onsite

Up to £50,000


This is a great opportunity to join a data driven marketing environment where you will help major consumer brands understand their customers, optimise digital campaigns, and use data to drive measurable commercial impact. If you enjoy solving problems, working closely with clients, and telling stories through data, this role offers both variety and real influence.

They are a well-established marketing and technology business trusted by leading retail and ecommerce brands. Their work centres on helping clients understand audiences, target customers more effectively, and measure performance using advanced data and digital tools. They operate in a highly collaborative environment where data, analytics, and technology come together to deliver smarter marketing. You will join a growing London based team who partner closely with clients to shape decisions and improve campaign performance.


The Role

You will work as part of a multi-skilled analytics team to deliver actionable insights across customer, media, and campaign data. Your work will include:

• Analysing digital campaigns to understand audience behaviour, performance drivers, and opportunities to optimise.

• Manipulating large datasets using SQL to uncover insights and support client decision making.

• Identifying trends in customer and transactional data, including VIP or high value customer segments.

• Supporting the development of data led strategies across multiple client accounts.

• Contributing to presentations and discussions with clients as part of a wider team.

• Collaborating with commercial, media, and product teams to help shape measurement and targeting approaches.


Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience working as an analyst in marketing, digital, CRM, or customer analytics.

• Confident manipulating data using SQL.

• Experience with a BI or data visualisation tool. Tableau is preferred but not essential.

• Comfortable working with customer, audience, or transactional data.

• Able to interpret performance, tell a clear story, and contribute to client facing discussions.

• Curious, proactive, and keen to contribute ideas in a collaborative environment.

• Agency or consultancy experience is beneficial but not required.

• Knowledge of digital advertising or measurement methods such as MMM is an advantage.
