This historic hotel has 122 spacious bedrooms, an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as exceptional Leisure facilities and an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course.

Your duties will include:
Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas.
Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff.
Serving food & beverages to guests.
Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
