Overview:
ITS are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join our client’s team on a modular build housing project in Epsom, starting mid-November. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional to oversee the final stages of an innovative modular residential scheme.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all finishing works on site, ensuring high-quality standards are achieved.
*
Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure works are completed on time and to specification.
*
Carry out snagging and oversee completion through to handover.
*
Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and client representatives.
*
Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on residential or modular build projects.
*
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred).
*
Available to start mid-November on a freelance basis.
