The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Head of Marketing to take the lead on a portfolio of established, long-term clients. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role responsible for crafting and delivering impactful digital marketing strategies that drive performance.
You’ll bring a deep understanding of SEO, paid media (PPC), social media, content marketing, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — confident managing client relationships, leading internal teams, and optimising campaigns for growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Account Leadership
* Be the go-to contact for all marketing-related client communication.
* Build strong partnerships through consistent check-ins, reporting, and strategic planning.
* Translate client objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams (design, dev, content) to align messaging and execution.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
* Continuously track and refine performance KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
* Conduct keyword and market research to guide SEO and PPC efforts.
SEO & Website Optimisation
* Perform SEO audits and implement best practices for on-page and off-page optimisation.
* Collaborate with development teams to improve site speed, UX, and mobile performance.
* Optimise content, internal links, and metadata to improve search rankings.
Content & Social Media Management
* Develop and maintain editorial calendars across multiple client brands.
* Oversee the creation of engaging content — including video and visuals — for social and web platforms.
* Manage publishing, scheduling, and community engagement across social channels.
Email & CRM Marketing
* Create and execute targeted campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
* Build automation flows to support lead nurturing and retention.
* Track campaign performance and iterate to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
* Deliver actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Tag Manager.
* Conduct A/B testing and share learnings to optimise future campaigns.
* Report on SEO progress, email engagement, social reach, and ad performance.

Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a digital agency with a client-facing component.
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
* Proficient in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
* Experience using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
* Competency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Solid understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
* Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or the ability to liaise with developers on web projects.
