Your New Role:
We are looking for amitted and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher to join our team in the Solihull area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing each child's growth, learning, and development, creating a supportive atmosphere that fosters academic success and enables students to reach their full potential. 1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
3. Use differentiated teaching strategies to support pupils of varying abilities.
4. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
5. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive classroom.
7. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.
8. Prepare pupils for KS2 SATs and other assessments
9. Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and fellow educators
