Your new role Lead Credit Control Operations – Take ownership of the Sales Ledger and Credit Control function, ensuring timely debt collection through proactive communication and adherence to policy. Cash Management & Forecasting – Handle direct debit collections, allocate payments, and provide accurate cashflow forecasts based on remittance advice. Sales Ledger Expertise – Maintain financial integrity by posting cash, raising invoices and credit notes, and preparing month-end statements and reports. Client Relationship Management – Resolve invoice queries efficiently while building strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. Reporting & Analysis – Deliver weekly debtor reports and support the Finance Manager with insights and improvements across the finance function. Process Improvement Mindset – Identify and implement enhancements to streamline operations and improve accuracy. What you'll need to succeed You will be locally based near Kingston / Hampton or SW London area. You will be an experienced sole-charge Credit Controller with over 4 years' experience in collections and sales ledger. You will be good with multiple systems and a good level of Excel reporting, including VLU and pivot tables. You will also be happy working from the office 5 days per week..
