Behaviour Support Worker - Secondary School in Leeds
TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker for an oversubscribed secondary school in Leeds. The ideal candidate will:
* Support students with behaviour issues in lessons and around the school.
* Assist with the lesson removal system (Session Manager/On call) and supervise withdrawn students.
* Supervise detentions.
* Build positive relationships with vulnerable students and their families to support their needs in school.
The successful candidate will:
* Be highly motivated and hardworking.
* Be a team player capable of developing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
It is preferred that candidates have at least 6 months of UK experience working in educational settings.
