This role involves delivering high-quality cosmetic repairs to vehicles, using the latest smart repair techniques and tools, while helping to support the development of future talent in the team. Key Responsibilities Carry out advanced smart repairs including paint rectification, polishing, and plastic repair. Ensure all repairs meet defined inspection and quality standards. Share technical knowledge and support the development of less experienced team members. Promote a “right-first-time” approach to repairs. Collaborate closely with team members to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment. Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in smart repair techniques. Skilled in paint mixing, plastic repairs, and paint rectification. Familiarity with block and polish methods. Interior smart repair knowledge is desirable. Legal eligibility to drive a manual vehicle in the UK. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective team player with strong communication skills.
