The role
As Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business for a portfolio of clients — managing, growing, and delivering solutions that genuinely help them succeed.
You’ll take ownership of:
* Developing and expanding profitable client accounts
* Generating new leads and converting them into loyal customers
* Creating proposals, quotes, and tailored solutions
* Coordinating across teams to deliver a seamless sales experience
* Maintaining regular, proactive contact with clients
* Presenting services to both existing and new prospects
* Accurately maintaining CRM records and sales reports
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship-building, consultative selling, and strategic thinking.
Who are you?
* Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable talking to everyone from IT Managers to CEOs.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines with ease• Confident working independently, but equally collaborative when it counts
* Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
* Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to managing pipelines
* A location within 20 miles of Northampton is ideal and you must drive and have your own car.
