Field-Based Role
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive looking for a new, exciting role? This is an amazing and potentially life-changing opportunity within an industry-leading company. You’re guaranteed £60,000 in your first year with an OTE of £110,000, with top earners up to £150,000+ and a car allowance of up to £5,000 or a company car, currently Tesla or other exciting electric/hybrid models.

This is a fantastic opportunity within a truly sales-led organization that has grown steadily and is looking to bring on talented individuals eager for success to contribute to its growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activities.
2. Attend and close your own sales appointments.
3. Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
4. Achieve quarterly sales targets.
5. Build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline accurately.
6. Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy environment.
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required).
* Confident in value-based and consultative selling.
* Able to sell to diverse audiences including Business Owners, Boards of Directors, and HR Managers.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of weekly meetings.
* Previous field-based sales experience.
