Your role
We are currently recruiting a talented and highly skilled assistant managers with lots of personality & charisma. Being passionate about developing our next General Managers our ambition is to only promote from within developing careers and rewarding as we expand the company. This will help you learn our culture and train with the security of one of our senior team able to guide you as you progress.
As an assistant manager you will work alongside the GM and Ops team and take ownership of all aspects of running the venue when in charge. You will be given a lot of autonomy and be expected to run the site as if it were your own business. Your team will look up to you and you will take the time to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction. You should have solid floor, food and bar knowledge in addition to experience in a supervisory level role.
