What does the role involve?
Needs to be a driver
Prior experience is desirable but not essential as full paid training is provided.
However, it is essential that you are a car driver due to the nature of the work as this is a community based role.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
* Support marketing activities and outreach efforts when required.
* Able to cover colleagues absence in short notice.
* Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Administer medication and monitor clients' health.
* Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
* Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Care Expert or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full paid training is provided.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor.
* Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekend.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare are a plus.

Available working hours are - 07:00am - 10:00pm; Every Weekend
Salary: £13.00 to £13.65 /hour
