Primary Function
Responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients of the Special Procedures area while utilizing the nursing process. Acts as a liaison between the Special Procedures area and the nursing units to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
Job Qualifications and Specifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a minimum of three years of relevant experience or equivalent is required. RI State Licensure is also required. Current BLS, ACLS, Moderate Sedation certifications, and at least 3 years of Critical Care/Interventional Radiology experience are necessary.
