Fire Safety Surveyor needed in Basingstoke Paying  £350 per day ref 005629

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, or public sector properties
• Identify fire hazards and assess levels of risk
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to mitigate fire risks
• Produce detailed survey reports in line with regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g. Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005)
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding findings and actions
• Support fire safety improvement programmes and remedial works
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety guidance and best practice
