Aspire People are working in partnership with a warm and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEND) provision in Milton Keynes. The school is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join their team from October 2025. The successful candidate will lead a class of learners with a range of additional needs, including Autism and Social Communication Difficulties.
This is a full-time position where you'll be part of a close-knit team committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred education. The role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, with support from experienced teaching assistants and a wider multi-disciplinary team.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
* Experience teaching children with SEND, particularly Autism and communication-based needs
* Ability to differentiate teaching to meet a wide range of learning abilities
* Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to contribute to all aspects of school life
* A calm, consistent approach to managing behaviour
* Willingness to support pupils during swimming lessons and other enrichment activities (essential)
